We offer free returns/exchanges in if there are any defects associated with the products that are a result of OUR fault! Please inform us within 7 days of receipt. If 7 days have passed since the receipt, no refund requests will be accepted for any reason.
How to apply for a refund?
1. Please submit via contact form your order number and videographic evidence of defects (you can upload the video to file sharing website like Dropbox and provide the link)
2. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request
3. In case of approval you will get a full or partial refund.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days. The exact time can vary and is subject to the individual payment provider. All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds may take up to 15 or 20 calendar days to be reflected in the customer’s bank account. Mostly it depends on the bank issuing the card and the type of card.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
